History

Luminesce Software, Inc. was founded in August 1999. The goals of the company are to provide consulting services and products that add value to and enhance the productivity of it customers. Luminesce emphasizes leadership, personal integrity and dedication in its processes, people, and approaches to deliver quality services and products.

Founders

Kevin St. Pierre: Mr. St. Pierre has 20+ years professional experience in the computing industry. Kevin has been providing consulting services as technical leader, consulting engineer and software development specialist for the last 10 years. He has significant experience with computer operating systems, computer languages, programming concepts, rapid prototyping, and project management. He offers expertise in computer networking, embedded systems, distributed objects, network security, virtual private networks, and web technologies.

Mr. St. Pierre has had experience working at research facilities, large corporations and startups. Kevin's recent engagements at AstralPoint Communications, Intel, and 3Com have demonstrated his abilities to work in complex environments, quickly learn new technologies, and to deliver high quality software.

Advisors

Stephen A. Bogiages, Esq: Mr. Bogiages has substantial experience working with and advising software, telecom and technology companies of all sizes as well as general corporate matters, corporate finance, securities and regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. Mr. Bogiages has over 20 years of experience working with technology companies and innovative uses of technology including Harvard University, NEON Communications, Inc., Stone & Webster Engineering, Raytheon and CADworks, Inc.

Mr. Bogiages is admitted to practice in MA and DC, and before the U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts, Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and United States Supreme Court. He holds four degrees in the areas of Law, Engineering, Business and Education. He has also completed senior management programs at Harvard Law School, Harvard Kennedy School of Government and Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
